Pre-Delivery Testing Complete!

We are pleased to have completed our final acceptance testing on the BCH Jelly preparation solution with one of the UK’s leading desserts manufacturers. This system prepares, rapid cools and delivers 500 litres of jelly to our clients existing process with fine temperature control. The skid functions via an Allen Bradley controls platform and will shortly be integrated into the existing process facility with a purpose built access gantry.BCH supply a wide range of atmospheric, vacuum and pressur cooking systems for jams, jellies and preserves to industries with numerous cooling solutions also available. Sauce processing systems for a major supplier to the industry.

BCH have recently delivered 2 x Sauce processing systems into the European market for a major supplier to the industry.

These systems were fully assembled and tested with our client to their full satisfaction in our purpose built innovation and testing centre prior to delivery, ensuring a smooth and fast transition into their factory.

Our process and engineering team developed a unique system offering significant cost & efficiency savings per batch and we look forward to working with our client on future installations.

Happy Easter From all of us at BCH!

BCH have had an excellent run up the Easter Break with lots of activity.

A number of major contracts were recently awarded including a vacuum cooling project for supplier to one of the UK's top supermarkets, Multiple FlexiChef cooking systems for a ready meal manufacturer in Australia, plus additional sauce cooking equipment for an international restaurant chain.

Our service department have been very busy in South Africa supporting a number of existing clients and Eastern Europe.

The ongoing investment strategy has seen the recent arrival of 2 Amada CNC cutting and forming machines to support the Laser to provide us with additional manufacturing capabilities.

Vacuum & Pressure Process Vessels ready for dispatch

The first of 2 x 2000 Litre Vacuum & Pressure Process Vessels ready for dispatch after a pre-delivery inspection. Destined for a major European pet food manufacturer. BCH are able to provide vacuum and pressure process vessels from 20L to 5000L with many options for mixing and process enhancement solutions. These are supplied as a standalone machine or part of a turnkey supply package into the food, confectionery and pet-food industries, as well as providing solutions to many other process engineering applications.

Rotachill Completion for the UK's largest ready meal manufactures

We have just completed in house testing and despatch of a 80 Litre Low Type Mixing Vessel complete with contra rotating agitator design for a European health supplement provider. The machine comes complete with our remote desktop recipe management and reporting system for full recording of batch history. BCH manufactures a wide range of mixing vessels to suite applications across a broad spectrum of industries.
