  • BCH only supply spare parts of guaranteed quality to ensure your equipment can always achieve optimum performance.
  • All new equipment is supplied with a detailed spare parts list, with all critical items clearly identifiable. All spare parts lists clearly state delivery timescales for components.
  • Our dedicated spares team use our extensive state-of-the-art database to quickly and accurately identify and source all the parts you may require. 
  • Fast-track, in house manufacture of critical components allows us to ensure we always hit our delivery commitments.
  • Bespoke part numbering to make part ordering easy.
  • Extensive stocks of frequently used parts held at our manufacturing base.
  • World-wide parts shipments using the most efficient transportation methods.
  • Spare parts monitoring to ensure your stock levels are maintained and to assess excessive usage trends. If trends appear we offer advice and backup via our service department, who can carry out system health checks on client sites.
  • We can offer assistance with the installation of spare parts on your site by supplying qualified fitters, which can dramatically cut down time.
  • Priority access to our calibration and service engineers if urgent process assistance is required relating to spare parts.
  • System health checks can be arranged to assess plant efficiency and advise on specific spares and maintenance scheduling.

All our fully qualified engineers entering your sites are accredited with IOSH SPA Safety passports and BCH is a member of the National Britannia safe contractor scheme. 

Calibration Services

BCH offer an on-site calibration service for plant temperature probes and pressure transducers. During a calibration visit, one of our qualified engineers can remove your instruments and calibrate them immediately on-site. Once calibrated to UKAS traceable standards, a calibration certificate will be generated immediately, and issued to the site engineers or your quality department.
