BCH Exhibit at Gulfood Manufacturing

Day one of the Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition in Dubai got off to a good start yesterday. Dave Tod and Lee Fish has a busy day greeting visitors from a multitude of different countries, including UAE, Europe and South-East Asia.
On the stand we are showcasing the Pressure Cook & Vacuum Cool System – which speeds up cooking of meat and legumes such as chickpeas, beans and diced lamb. It also cools to 5°C rapidly with low energy usage and is ideal for chilled and frozen products
We also have the Multi-Colour Extrusion Head which produces 6 colour co-extrusion products, sugar paste, and a variety of shapes.
