Cook Cool Systems

When combining one of our Industrial Cooking Kettles together with a Vacuum Cooling Vessel or Cooling Tunnel into one complete high performance system, you can guarantee foods are cooked and cooled rapidly with repeatability whilst benefitting from a smaller footprint with reduced labour and energy costs.

Cook Cool Systems

Atmospheric, Pressure, Direct Steam and Vacuum cooking choices can allow for multiple options and faster processing times of certain product types. The addition of vacuum cooling ensures the fastest and most effective means of heat removal from a batch process. BCH Vacuum Cooling System provides the fastest and most effective means of heat removal from a batch process.

The jacket design meets UK, European and North American pressure vessel regulations (PESR, PED & ASME) and machines, wiring and circuits are designed to meet UK and international safety standards.

For more on capacities, suitable products and recipe control, see our Cook Cool system FAQs.

Tilting Cook Cool Systems

We are able to provide machines that can handle viscous and dry products by combining the cook and cool process in the same vessel.

Discharge is effected by way of the kettle tilting into storage solutions for downstream processing.

This Cook Cool System has been designed specifically for viscous type products, where removal through a pipe is not possible in our traditional Cook Cool.
