Pressure Cooking Kettles
Our modern, state-of-the-art pressure cookers are versatile and convenient to use and entirely operator friendly, often with the ability to combine several cooking stages into one industrial cooking kettle. Our unique totally enclosed cooking method ensures that cooking vapour is contained, and valuable steam energy isn’t needlessly wasted.
The use of pressure greatly reduces the simmering time required to soften meat, often reducing this simmer time from hours to minutes.
Taking proven technology, BCH have brought the pressure cooking concept bang up to date by incorporating our latest completely flexible recipe handling systems, with a range of impressive optional add-ins, as well as adding improvements to the control philosophy and safety features.
Choosing an industrial kettle comes down to batch size, product viscosity and how the vessel will be cleaned. BCH industrial kettles are built in working capacities from 50 to 5000 litres in atmospheric, pressure and vacuum versions, so the kettle is matched to the recipe rather than the recipe to the kettle.
Common questions about sizing, installation and cleaning are answered in our industrial cooking kettle FAQs.
