We have expertise in the control of factors which influence the ultimate profitability of your product such as lifetime cost analysis, weight and portion control, hygiene, flavour loss minimisation, electronic management, maintenance and optimal running.
BCH know-how enables all of our clients to develop new and exciting products, to test feasibility, then up-scale production – ultimately enabling the end product to reach the wider marketplace at a much faster pace.
- Test and develop new products and processing methods without interfering with your plant production.
- Refine and develop existing products and assess the implication of line modifications.
- Resolve problems in areas such as safety and hygiene, food reclamation and waste, health, food quality, process management, control systems and microbiological safety.
- Examine the suitability of various methods of production and equipment e.g. for productivity and product quality.
Conference & Training Facilities
Within the innovation centre is an 8m x 4m conference room, which incorporates all conference facilities. This can be used for customers to meet and discuss the trials undertaken with the help of our supportive staff.
General and specialised training is available on all BCH plant, software and control systems with a dedicated SCADA system available in the conference room.
